Here is the Student Senate Minutes from November 4th 2009.

Suggestions,

1. Continue to ask how we can improve the school.
2. We should have a culture room

These suggestions come from the students via the suggestion box located at the receptionist desk in the "A "wing. Per suggestions we the senate look at the possibilities of fulfilling these issues.

Announcements,

1. There is a new monthly board of up coming events located in the "B" wing in the hallway on the wall of the Drum room. S0, we encourage students to check it periodically.
2. We encourage students to check out the Library's blog on the LLTC Website, it has a huge variety of information and links.
   
3. The electrician class will be working on installing automatic hand cap doors.

Old News,

1. Partnership with Mikinaak in pursuit of day care services for the students. We the senate are in the process of completing a MOU to establish the requirements for the senate and the Mikinaak. We encourage students to come and get involved and express your views.
2. Coffee, we have a new machine in the learning center and there is 5 different flavors to try so, go into the learning center and try it for yourself. In, addition, there will be a short survey on the coffee. Debra Laclaire from the learning center will be doing the survey.

3. Work on Criteria for A..I.H.E.C. and raise money

5. Plan events and speaker events
